The Mansard Restaurant
The Mansard Restaurant in the heart of Gstaad stands for modern Swiss cuisine. Under the direction of young head chef Tom Walter, menus are crafted around seasonal and local products. A place to enjoy, meet and indulge.
The Mansard Restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Sundays from 12h00 to 14h00 and from 18h30 to 21h30.
During our high-season periods, from 14 December 2026 to 11 January 2027 and from 1 February to 22 February 2027, the restaurant is open daily, with dinner service until 22:00.
The Mansard Bar & Lounge is open daily, Monday to Sunday, from 07:30 to 23:00.

The Mansard Rooftop
Pair panoramic views of the mountains and surrounding countryside with delicious cocktails at The Mansard Rooftop, Gstaad’s only open-air rooftop bar. This year-round destination makes for a vibrant and scenic meeting point in central Gstaad. Toast to your day’s adventures with our nourishing menu of snacks and light bites paired with an expertly-mixed cocktail or a glass of wine.
This Summer season 2026, the Rooftop bar is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00.
The Rooftop Bar will close for the season from 28 September and reopen for the winter season on 3 December 2026.
During the 2026/2027 winter season, the Rooftop Bar is open from Thursday to Monday, from 12:00 to 19:00, and until 20:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
During our high-season periods, from 14 December 2026 to 11 January 2027 and from 1 February to 22 February 2027, the Rooftop Bar is open daily.
The Mansard Lounge & Bar
Attached to the Restaurant is The Mansard Lounge & Bar, our elegant wood-panelled bar and lounge space with open fireplace. After a day in the mountains, revive yourself with cake, coffee, cocktails, or a glass of wine from our extensive global wine list.
